The ultimate walk/ run in Northumberland, complete the 52 mile route within 24 hours.

  • Starts and finishes - Alwinton, Northumberland
  • Distance - 52 miles
  • Elevation climbed - 2,600 metres (8,500 feet)
  • Time - Complete within 24 hours
  • Summits bagged - 10 (all over 450 m/ 1483 feet)

  • Quickest time (Winter - between 1st December and 28/29 February) - TBC
What you need to do -

1. Download the .gpx file for the Cheviot Round (clockwise or anti-clockwise) - more

4. Undertake the Cheviot Round and record your attempt - more

5. Submit your recorded .gpx/ course file if completed in less than 24 hours - more
